Our Six Bedroom Villas in Myrtle Beach

We have four six bedroom villas. They all have the same floor plan and are the same size. The villas have two stories with internal stairs and access is gained through the single entrance door on the lower level. The lower level has an elevator to it from the parking garage below so is wheelchair accessible. The lower level has the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is accessible from the common area as well as being en-suite. The other bathroom is en-suite only.

The internal stairs lead to the upper level common area that we use as a game room and has a pool table and foosball table. There are also four bedrooms on the upper level as well as three bathrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer. All three bedrooms are en-suite with two of them also being accessible from the common area.

Each villa has two air conditioners, that also operate as heat pumps in colder weather, one for the upper level and one for the lower level. They are typical residential style air conditioners and are very quiet compared to their hotel style counterparts.

Each villa has two balconies that run the width of the villa, one for the top level and one for the bottom level. The balconies have swings, tables, chairs and hammocks.

Each villa sleeps a maximum of 20 people, 16 in beds and 4 in pullouts. However, we only recommend one adult per pull out. Sleeping is as follows:

• Bedroom 1 : King bed, downstairs left, en-suite
• Bedroom 2 : One king and one queen bed, downstairs right, en-suite
• Bedroom 3 : King bed, upstairs left, en-suite, balcony
• Bedroom 4 : King bed, upstairs right, en-suite, balcony
• Bedroom 5 : Two double beds, upstairs left, en-suite
• Bedroom 6 : King bed, upstairs right

In line with our cleanliness theme we do not use bedspreads as a top cover on the beds and follow the hotel model with a thick silky sheet covering a quilt. This way the covering sheet as well as the top and bottom sheets are changed at every turnround. Almost always other villas use a top bedspread that is rarely changed or washed.

We have named our villas Sunset Red Villa, Ocean Blue Villa, Sunrise Red Villa and Sky Blue Villa. They each have different color themes but follow the same bright beach look.

For 2021 summer Sunset Red and Ocean Blue are available to be booked with no weekly restriction, while Sky Blue and Sunrise Red run Saturday to Saturday.
