Myrtle Beach Villas II (MBVII)

MBVII is unique in Myrtle Beach in as much as most of the buildings in the central Grand Strand area are more hotel style buildings and most buildings of this style and size are located (much) further away from all the attractions Myrtle Beach and the Grand strand have to offer. Additionally, facilities like Myrtle Beach Villas don't typically have as many water features as the Villas with the villas having a lazy river, kiddie pool and hot tubs.

Because the villas are so large, close to 3000 sq ft, we can also accommodate large groups for a very attractive price per person compared to alternative accommodation in the immediate area. If you are price shopping, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. We are confident we have some of the best deals on the Grand Strand.

We specialize in summer family vacations, but do also accommodate numerous groups that come to play golf, attend events and competitions, teams of all kinds and local folks looking for a nice property to host an event for friends and family. Thanksgiving springs immediately to mind.

We can also accommodate younger groups but do require a larger security deposit to protect our properties.
